TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Redemptions are exclusively for Metro Point Complex (MPC) outlet shoppers only.

2. MPC tenants cannot redeem using their own shop receipts and cannot redeem on behalf of shoppers.

3. The redemptions are valid for purchases of RM200.00 or above in a single original receipt on the same day from MPC tenants, except promotional tenants.

4. Only One (1) unit per transaction, regardless of the quantity or nature of items purchased.

5. One (1) customer is allowed to redeem up to 2 times per day only.

6. Only original receipts clearly printed with transaction amounts, date, and outlet name will be accepted for redemption.

7. No accumulated receipts or cash memos are allowed.

8. Receipts from bill payments, reloads cards, instalment plan payments, transactions from banks, gold exchanges, and purchases of gift cards or any form of cash/shopping vouchers are strictly not eligible for redemption.

9. MPC reserves the right to request shoppers’ identification details and demand proof of purchase for verification purposes.

10. Redemption items are strictly not for sale, resale, and are non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
